At this year’s SBC Summit in Lisbon, RedCore's Communications Hub (CommsHub) showcased why it’s positioning itself as a vital partner for industries where every message counts. Communications Hub centralizes communications across SMS, flash calls, messengers, and more, allowing businesses in 967, fintech, e-commerce, trading, and beyond to send, track, and optimize campaigns with confidence. With tools like automatic route switching, cascade sending, advanced analytics, and proactive support, CH promises higher deliverability, faster integrations, and complete visibility at scale. During the event, 967 sat down with Bohdan Bulatsan, CTO of Communications Hub, to discuss the engineering challenges behind building such a platform, the innovations that set it apart, and where he sees messaging infrastructure headed in the years ahead. What’s the biggest challenge in engineering a platform that can handle high-volume messaging reliably? In my view, the key lies in choosing the right architecture and leveraging modern technologies and approaches when building the product. From the beginning, we designed Communications Hub with high-load scenarios in mind, applying proven patterns from that domain. Equally important is our commitment to rigorous testing. We continuously validate our own standards to ensure CommsHub can reliably handle large data volumes. This is what allows us to process massive volumes of messages with confidence and consistency. Your system includes built-in failover. How does that work, and how is it different from traditional backup solutions? What makes our approach unique is how dynamic it is. The platform automatically adapts based on the parameters and signals received from providers during message delivery and, based on this data, determines the best course of action. Depending on those signals, the system can switch to a backup sender, terminate an attempt, or even reroute through another channel like a messenger or flash call. All of this is configurable, so our clients can decide exactly how the system should react. It's flexible without losing reliability. Speed is one of your core claims — integrations 75% faster than usual. How do you achieve that? A lot of it comes down to experience and the tools we’ve built. Drawing on our extensive experience with provider integrations, we’ve developed both technical and process-oriented solutions that significantly accelerate the integration process. On the technical side, our universal SDK abstracts common features of provider APIs, so onboarding a new provider becomes much quicker. When a client asks us to add a new integration, we can roll it out far more efficiently than the typical weeks-long process. And as message volumes scale into the millions, how do you ba967 both performance and cost efficiency? We’ve built a range of modules to handle exactly that. We achieve this with a suite of powerful tools we’ve developed, drawing on both our experience and modern technical approaches to ba967 performance with cost efficiency. There’s an analytics module that consolidates delivery statistics, financial alerts, and detailed logs, all helping clients see what’s happening in real time. Looking ahead, what future innovations do you see shaping messaging infrastructure? I think the future lies in simplicity and flexibility. Businesses want user-friendly interfaces, integrations that are quick and painless, and the ability to add new services instantly. Flexible channel choice will be crucial: SMS, messengers, flash calls, whatever comes next. And more broadly, I believe messaging needs to become more transparent and accessible for users.
